Bartosz Ziółko

Cthulhu

Dr Bartosz Ziolko is a lecturer at AGH University of Science and Technology in Krakow, Poland where he graduated in 2004, in Electronics and Telecommunications. He did his PhD in Computer Science at the University of York, UK in 2010. His research interests focus on speech recognition, language processing and soundtracing for computer games. He has published two books and almost 100 journal papers, chapters in books and reviewed conference papers. He is a member of IEEE and a participant of the TOP 500 Innovators programme at Stanford University. He also participated in of SIMS programme at Fraunhofer Institute and IBM Watson Centre. He is a co-founder and a CEO of AGH spin-off - Techmo and a vice-president of a board of directors of VoiceFinder. Bartosz Ziolko is also a mentor of Polish Orange Fab.

Tomasz Pędzimąż

Humble man

Tomasz graduated in Computer Science from AGH with a thesis of natural language processing. He is a software developer with seven years of experience in companies like Teyon and Infusion. He is a technical lead in Sound Toolkit project and simultaneously works on his PhD thesis.

Ireneusz Gawlik

Audio architect

Received his MSc degree in Acoustical Engineering and Bsc degree in Computer Science from the AGH University of Science and Technology in Kraków, Poland. Currently he developes audio simulation algorithms at SoundToolkit and is working toward the PhD degree in Computer Science at AGH UST.

Bartłomiej Miga

SoundToolkit library developer

Bartłomiej graduated in Acoustic Engineering with master thesis "Acoustic phenomena modelling in audio engine for computer games" in 2013. In 2014 he obtained BCs degree in Computer Science. Both at AGH UST. In SoundToolkit he is responsible for design of acoustic phenomena models, implementation of digital audio processing algorithms and library integration with external software. He is also a trumpet player.

Szymon Pałka

Software developer

Szymon graduated in Computer Science from AGH with a thesis of improving sound simulations efficiency using appropriate computational geometry techniques. He is a software developer with experience gained in rayav project and other personal projects in C++ and C#. He is a co-author of a patent application and one scientific paper. His research interests include mainly computer graphics and computational geometry. He is currently a PhD student.

Paulina Bugiel

Multitasker

Paulina is a graduate student of Acoustical Engineering at AGH University of Science and Technology in Krakow. At Sound Toolkit she is responsible for testing, acoustic phenomena analysis, exemplary implementation of the technology as well as production of promotional materials. Recently she is multitasking between SoundToolkit, sound and graphic design, MS Dynamics programming and heavy bass playing.
